Kerry Farren, LMT – Present Moment Massage
Kerry Farren, founder of Present Moment Massage, offers a deeply integrative approach to bodywork that blends therapeutic precision with holistic care. Her massage sessions are tailored to relieve tension, promote recovery, and support long-term wellness. Drawing from a diverse range of techniques—including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Technique—Kerry customizes each session to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Kerry is also trained in prenatal massage and is a certified birth doula. She has worked extensively with women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, offering both physical relief and compassionate support during this important time.
With a personal background in triathlon, fitness training, yoga, and circus arts, Kerry has a deep understanding of movement and the physical demands of an active lifestyle. She has helped numerous clients recover from injury, enhance mobility, and stay aligned with their athletic and wellness goals.
History
Kerry Farren is a licensed and certified massage therapist. In 2004 she graduated from Trinity College Massage School. In addition, she has completed continuing education in a variety of massage modalities, and has received over 1000 hours of bodywork training. In 2011 she participated in a birth doula workshop with Connie Sultana In Santa Rosa. In 2018 she finished her 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Yoga Seed, and in 2024 she became an Acro Love certified acro teacher. Kerry teaches partner acrobatic workshops, and has a personal hula hoop dance practice that includes juggling. She is also available to teach one one hula hula and acrobatic classes. Kerry incorporates her extensive movement background experience, her understanding of fitness, self care, and health management into each massage sessions.
